  1. English grinder lost his helmet while being battered under the boat, against the hull, close to the foil at 30kt boat speed could have been deadly. Need to ensure the helmets are not getting away at least. Good luck for him for recovery of this scary moment.😮🤞🏼 1:07:41

  2. That was pretty awesome racing. Imagine though, if spectators at an F1 race, were pulling their own cars onto the track to watch the race, and race control said meh! Not a good look and potentially deadly out ramifications.

  3. Team Canada need to have Phil walk the plank. He cannot start a race any higher then 5th place, the other teams bully him around knowing Phil will back off. Phil looses position every time he approaches the gates and what's worse is Phil goes off script in open water and out sailed buy almost everyone. I'm getting tired of the fifth and 6th place finishes. Going from 1st to 7th by Phil's bad decisions is so depressing for Team Canada fans back home. In the early part of this season, Canada could have a top 5 place in their first season. Then, other teams improved and Canada is heading towards the bottom of the Marianna's Trench. The off season decisions that need to be made all start with building a team around a new captain. Phil showed the team the basics to Sail GP racing, Now it's time to find someone who can get the boat to the finish line first a little more often then two or three times a season.

  4. I really like the work you do to bring high quality to presenting the races! France wins 3 of 3 and not a single interview!! 🙄 Un faux pas!
What was the problem? No cameras on board?

  5. Sydney never fails to deliver the drama. Between Tom Slingsby, scary spills, sloppy maneuvers and spoilsport superyachts, it is always memorable. Congrats on the continuing fantastic coverage with mother nature having her way in the end.

  6. 50 knots = 92.6 km/h. I saw 92.1 on one boat just after the start of race 3! There probably was a 50+ knot speed today.

  7. Another superb day's racing entertainment, plus a much much better – shorter and more sport orientated – pre-race show imo. Enjoyed every minute. Fabulous!

  8. Team Switzerland always seems content to be last or second to last. For a country that gave the World Alinghi, this is nothing short of embarrassing! It should be barred from competing in SailGP next season.

  9. Bring back the Superfoilers !! More mobile , more personal ,less personnel, less expense ! A bit cranky but never entirely refined , or defined . Given that they were blown away by Ellison it'd be a nice flip . Ironic! Bring 'em back! Superfoilers!!!

  10. Why are you carrying so little footage of the LEQ12? The majority of the footage day after day seems to be of the AC40.
Given that the AC40 is one design and the same for all challengers there is little value in showing me footage of the AC40.
However what is certainly interest is seeing them line up against each other.
The LEQ12 looks lethal. Quicker than the AC40 but with less sail area? The main sail looks a different profile for sure.
Given that the recon footage is supposed to be impartial I'm disappointed by the lack of LEQ12 footage provided by the defender.
Time for a new recon team? The contract shouldn't be just of right.
    Giz a go.
