2. Your bolognese looks delicious Helen. When I make mine I chop a small carrot, a stick of celery and some onion to make a soffrito. The best way is to run it through a food processor and add it when browning the meat. Takes all the acidity out if the sauce.

   1 question, is the T Shirt American made or European made? I wear a large in Americian sizes but I've found that I need an X-large if it's made in Europe.🤔

6. Glad to see you got good advice on installing the prop. Watch your zincs carefully after you splash. You never know what you have disturbed. About that broken screw, Did you know that to sink a screw into hard material full depth you might need three sizes of drills? Download a fastener drill size chart and spring for a good drill register and a countersink. It will pay off for you, trust me.

26. That's going to be a good efficient prop. It's not that big to have a drag, for that size of boat. I am not fond of folding props at all.
