Prima piesă reală din barca noastră cu pânze de 50 de picioare – Ep. 340 RAN Sailing

Scary! Lol
The dolphins at your bow have been replaced by deer, cranes and pheasants! What a treat.
Johan very nice Woodworking and you Sailboat frame looking good. Sir you need to find a Piece of Purple Heart for to nose because it a very Tuff, strong Wood just a Thought
Lost my sh*t when you said “right now we have so many cranes around the farm” 😂
🙂
Those cranes are called rib-eye of the sky here in Alaska
Great work Johann🤙
no way on this earth, not for me !!
Superb job
You could paint the new panels to match the old ones ,,,no patchs that easy .
I tested the limits of a lift once and had to call the fire department in order to get down from 17m high up. Turned out a hydraulic hose got squeezed in max position and could not release 😂
A significant milestone, this is the first bit of your boat you have made
Thankyou 👍
Very hard work for one person. Use protective gloves. Take care of your hands. Good luck
Love that computer router!
If you think that lift is scary (and you'd be right) check out the 70M+ lifts in use on SpaceX booster in a rather windy Boca Chica Texas.
Thank you
Another great video from the Ran team! Your content is always such nice quality. Thanks for sharing your ventures.
Hi. Do you follow 'Tally Ho' ….boat reconstruction in US …. very different to what you're doing but equally as interesting.
Patricia 🇮🇪
You're also supposed to be wearing a safety harness and a hard hat when using the elevator 😉
Another great video, Friday is now Randay.
Did you really do a 20 mm cut in oak in one pass? The origin is an amazing tool but I would expect to need three passes for that.
I have been watching Acorn to Arabella since their first video. While I love the hand tool building of Arabella I am equally enjoying the more modern techniques you guys are doing here. Its been great sofar <3
Now you have a unique and characterful roof. 🙂👋
Johan is a superhero! I don't think I'd have been brave enough to go that high in the air to deal with asbestos tiles. Vera was right to cheer him on. 😳 You might consider laying down some gravel on that driveway, or at least on the stubborn part of it.
It's easier to do projects when you have your own cheerleader. Go daddy! Go daddy! So cute.
That's going to be one tough stem. May it never be tested.
Nice to see the boat coming together. When I watched this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBgK4VFV6JU&list=LL&index=8, I thought of your build. There is a place in there that looks just like what you are doing. You might find it interesting.
Volvos…ya just gotta love them!
This is a part that will be in the final boat, this makes it very exciting for me. Can't wait to see how it progresses.
Thank you so much for taking all of us on this adventure.
Funny you have a Crane to get on the roof and birds are Cranes 😅
You should join those planks with wood biscuits and then epoxy…
Det går åt lite epoxi ja…🤩✌️
Put lots of gravel on the driveway to keep from getting stuck in mud.
Amazing he can easily access the crane, I’m sure here in the UK you’d be prevented by regulations etc. it doesn’t look very safe at 19m!
Love the cranes that came to visit you. They are magical birds.
Did you take Vera and Malin up ⬆️ in the manlift, Johan.?? 🤔🤷🏻♂️
It’s funny how it’s So Much DIFFERENT up in the basket than down on the ground. You could be up 33 feet (the height of a 747 cockpit) and it seems 3-5 times that height, while down on the Ground looking up it seems Only about 20-25 feet.🤓 Anyway it offered a good view of the size of the farm fields around your place..!!! 😎👍 Keep up the good work.👏
Great Video !
I enjoyed this video, especially the time you took to show us the beautiful cranes.
Seeing as you had a small problem getting the lift to the farm because of the road condition, have you thought about moving a multi ton boat from the farm to the water? Great Video.
Interesting! I'm just right now figuring out how should I make the stem as well. And it's going to be quite different from yours! We'll see how that goes! 😅
Peace and love to your family.
Fantastic view from the lifter, but precarious lol. Great job on the roof Johan. Wow, amazing to have Cranes walking around. What a great process to be able to watch you start making actual pieces for the boat. Fantastic job. Love the vlog 🙂
the mighty Volvo wagon 🙂
Nice to see the work boots!
Overhere (Italy) you couldn't have done it. Operating that cranes requires a license…and the harness is mandatory. Then none is authorized to remove asbesthos but specialized comapnies. And last…if you remove, you must remove it all. So some hundreds of eur fix here becomes tens of thousands of eur changing roof business.
Those are jazz trumpet cranes. Look, I’m not trying to be facetious. The boat is quite some distance from the water! You can thank me later!
Johan du glömde en viktig säkerhetsdetalj vid arbete i skylift måste man ha en säkerhetssele 😁
