Pushing Off – Sailing Alanouwoly EP2

Pushing Off - Sailing Alanouwoly EP2

1. What only one bag of crisps ? 😀 I think your beer to crisp ratio needs adjustment 😀😀, Best of luck, I’m sure your dad is hellish proud of you. See you in NZ , it seems all the solo channels end up here , eventually 😎

  2. Hello, I wish you fair winds and following seas. I have watched your Dad from the first stick of wood to a beautiful boat and I was pleasantly surprised when you started your own channel. I watched you and your Dad sail together and I could tell he is immensely proud of you, as we all are that have watched you do your own thing as well as helping your Dad. I look forward to many more videos from you as your adventurous spirit takes you to many new and wonderful places. May the seas and wind look favorable on you and take you (and us) safely to your next anchorage.

  3. I had zero knowledge/interest in junk rigs until i started watching SV Seeker and now you. But now I'm learning more about them and starting to appreciate the design. Greg rules!

  4. Thank you Hazel for the update on your travels. Even a short, rainy sail is a good sail. It looks like you provisioned well. Do you keep a provision log listing what you get and what you use on a daily basis? Sort of a daily meal log. Take care and best wishes for some sunny weather.

  5. Too un-Block any sea strainers i put CITRIC ACID in them let them soak in it about 2 hours. then flush them out. Using Citric Acid in any raw water piping Heat exchanger and sinks works very well at eating through Limescale and its Bio-Degrade

  6. While using CITRIC ACID its great at eating rust just soak the part you want to clean in hot water and citric acid for at least 2 hours. i.e. 1 litre water to 4 tea spoons Citric Acid to make a Solution. its uses are endless hot water and C.A. IS GOOD FOR CLEANING RUSTY TOOLS

  7. Nice one Hazel, often not easy to leave a dock when you have been there a while especially when you have such great neighbours in Mo and Drake, two of my favourite Youtubers. Nce sail to a great anchorage and wishing you fair winds wherever you head to next. Andy UK

  8. It was good meeting you best of luck from Tim and me I'm enjoying your dad's videos and look forward to supporting your chanel to

  9. It takes a certain amount of courage to cast off the lines and set off on a passage. But once you're on your way… everything seems beautiful! Thank you for taking us along, Hazel. As I said last time, your music sets the images up perfectly. I can't wait to hear your EP. All my best wishes for fair winds, – Chris.

  10. Do you have videos showing, how you do your music on a boat. I use logic DAW in my home, & sail but I don't do both while on a boat. My sailing is nowhere near as much as yours though. Good luck, I look forward to more of your videos. Thanks.

  11. Hi Hazel! You are doing exactly what I wish I was doing! So, when you feel like the chips are down, just know that it sure beats whatever these poor landlubbers are doing on shore! 😂 (Insert German equivalent to “Fair winds and following seas” here) 😁👍

  12. Good job fixing everything, congratulations. Very talented you know what to do .Good luck. Greetings from beautiful tropical paradise island Kauai, Hawaii. ⛵️
