Suntem din nou în mișcare, pregătiți pentru următoarea noastră aventură la bordul catamaranului nostru cu vele. O parte a călătoriei va fi reluarea călătoriilor pe mare ale fratelui mai mare al lui Rob, Kerry.   4. Great episode! thanks for sharing! Agree with Rachel about the marijuana discussion seen it toast too many lives… Gateway drug as well and well documented for that as well.. Native Americans smoked tobacco not marijuana in the peace pipe and i think some used peyote.. which is probably worse than marijuana. not sure i would want to make deals with anyone smoking that stuff and it was tradition for all at the meeting to smoke it if i recall it correctly.. talk about everyone being confused if peyote was used?? 😂🤣😂🤣 be safe and keep rolling along Kiwi's! 👍👍

  7. Happy Mother’s Day Rachel! Have to admit, I tried smoking marijuana twice in my late 20’s. But stopped there. Then tried edibles for the first time last summer at the young age of 60! 😂 Have read it has positive medicinal properties for narcolepsy.

  12. I personally don't agree with smoking pot since I've seen people that abused it and had really rough lives. Medically speaking , it does help rediluce pain and helps people with epilepsy.

  15. A very trippy episode to be sure. Cruising Thailand, the pot smoking crazy land. I had no idea about the openness of pot use in this country. I wonder how the quality and safety control is. I would worry about fentanyl laced pot. It's nice to see your boys are so level headed regarding the use of drugs. Stay safe and stay groovy.

  16. Its ok if you treat it like alcohol.
    Don't have it everyday only on weekends when you feel like.
    Dont smoke it with tobacco.
    Probably better as an edible as its less habit forming.
    As for mental health, its more likely the West on an all out attack on the male species (Patriarchy) ,thats damaging boys/mens mental health.👍

In fact if you ever see someone in thailand with pimples IVAN you know it's gotta be the kush. 😉 ( Bombastic Side Eye, 👀 Criminal Offensive Side Eye) It's strange to me seeing Kiwi's not passing the dutchy. One in a thousand chance for psychosis but there are many triggers. You're right Rob it's a great natural medicine. But so is tropical island cruising. Thailand is so beautiful.

And regarding marijuana, even though I believe it makes you lazy and kills your ambition, I feel the consequences are way better than alcohol. That’s a much worse drug than smoking a little pot. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I agree: I prefer no kid of mine will do either until they’re mentally mature…say in their 40s. 😊

  21. Wow! What a beautiful country Thailand is. Thanks for sharing this with us all. Declan was amazing with the Kite Boarding and was able to get in the air, really impressive. Ivan always has me in stiches with his quick comments. Rachel the underwater photography was incredible, a joy for all to behold. Best to keep clear of drugs full stop. I see on a regular basis what harm they do and the trouble plus problems they cause living in a big city like Manchester. Another terrific, interesting and enjoyable video. Keep well and safe.   24. Sorry Rachel but Pooh on you (lol). MJ >>>>> i was deadly set against it too as a younger man. Then i found out why it was outlawed. Actually 2 reasons! #1– Back in 1926 a COMAPNY called DUPONT discovered Nylon. Until that time, all rope was made of 'hemp'! The buds were cultivated for medical reasons and flavouring. So, in order to push THEIR new PRODUCT, DUPONT lobbied the U.S. GOUVERNMENT to regard MJ as a narcotic and ban it!!!!!!!!!!! #2- back in 2015, Canada allowed individuals to have on their person, up to 15 grams without and problem. It became a problem when this GVMT realized IT was receiving no tax monies!! So THEY banned it once more! i used MJ for a short period after suffering severe health issues some 3 years ago. It relieved the pains and it left no side effects. i do believe however that like anything else, moderation is essential. Guru Jim (lol lol)

    .. speaking as someone who has never smoked anything ever (an ignonoramus) … I would not put much value on any studies linking illicit drug use to mental health issues because almost everyone with mental health issues self-medicates. Without any study it would be safe to say that 100% of ANY mental health issue could be linked to use of alcohol.

    In a brilliant documentary The Bridge (2006) someone describes schizophrenia as watching tv but ALL the channels are playing at the same time. A distressing description.

  31. So glad to hear a little common sense spoken about marijuana, Rachel. We're in the middle of a mental health crisis in America, and the correlation between the increase in legal marijuana and psychotic behavior can't be ignored. Why expose yourself to something not knowing what damaging, life-long effects it might have? Life should be enjoyed without a filter, and you and your family are living proof of the joy that can come from experiencing the natural environment without the need for mind-altering stimulants. Another wonderful episode, and I hope the boys steer clear of the temptation that surrounds them in Thailand.
