Euan you're such a grafter and with excellent skills. I really like the way the video portrays you as a loving family unit, and liked the comical description your poor wife had about the spider
I am concerned for snow loading.
Make sure its real comfortable…..
Great episode.
The new roof looks like it covers all bases.
I really love your channel, thanks for sharing.
will you not require a pitch on the extension roof at least equal to that of the main roof in order for it to shed snow?
Great Work.
Johan is such an Alpha male it hurts my precious feelings lol.
looks good Johan
Why is it that watching other people work is so relaxing?
Could we be seeing the beginning of a new custom hand-built boat company? Yea or nay, best wishes to this fine family.

5 years? We can wait. Many thanks for another great episode.
OMG
Johan is so talented in building….as well as sailing. A lifetime (to date) of learned skills being put to best use
. See you next time.

Great idea for improving function during build!
We are also in need of more rain.
The clay is probably a boulder clay left after glaciers retreated.
the problem is the boulders are usually hard smooth rounded quartzite rocks .. hard to get past. They use a vibrating screw driving machine with those ground screw’s.
We have Glacial boulder lays over Permo Triassic sandstones here in the English Midlands .. same glacial action. Leaving it’s trail all across the North Sea ..

You forgot to dress like a viking before auguring the footing anchors
It would have gone much faster
Hi- I was wondering why the hull core is being made totally from wood? Would wood core below or to just above the waterline and closed cell foam core on the upper topsides not improve the stability, reduce weight and be easier and faster to build with? Maybe also cheaper?
Thank You for sharing, You work is truly "Top Shelf",… take care and be safe!!!
Johan, love the extension. Remarkable how quickly you opened up the barn.
I'm three days late.
I'm glad I made time to watch. Thanks for sharing.
The 5yr comment caught me off guard. Is that how long you are thinking the build will take ??
