6. When you told us Q would be the new name for Ragnar I thought of James Bond's gadget man not the anon people lol. Europa looks sturdy, hoping for a speedy recovery so she can get back to making money. All of these tall ships only survive because of donations or earnings so that's very important.

Right now it's the middle of winter in the Antarctic; it's always rather chilly down there but it gets downright nasty when the sun goes down for the year and I can't think of a less good time to visit than this time of year. I'm not sure when the "cruise ship season" is in the Antarctic, but if I was betting I would guess that September would be "spring" before the season start, so the owner does have time it if Mr Sloan's ambitious schedule works out.

11. You should do a subscriber giveaway, nothing too much just something like one super motor yacht but don't go over do it, maybe around the 160m length, around the 13500 t. Dont go wild with feeling like you need to do anything like a support vessel. Maybe just a decade of paid crew. A simple tender something like a CHRIS CRAFT 35GT or COMITTI V28 , just a couple jet skis (4max), shallow dive sub. And one helicopter and pilot and for a decade contract. Then for at port fun something such as say a bulletproof Mercedes G Wagon, and maybe just a Ferrari Daytona SP3 a little something fun. All I am saying is just something to say thanks to your fans and nothing outrageous like overkill like 200m +, just pretentious looking…

I was once told by an eminent lawyer and building contract law expert that in UK the best advice in situations like this is to immediately instruct the resolution of the problem to get it back to the position it was before the incident and to ignore any protestations from insurers and surveyors who always want to get more reports. In so doing the shipyard will have been seen to have mitigated the damages due to the owner and kept the obligations as simple and therefore least costly as possible. Delaying action can generate additional damages due to the owner that may not be covered by the insurance and then there will be a very costly and unnecessary legal fight to recover costs The insurers only involvement should be in paying up to rectify the damages, not to concentrate on their cost liabilities. Clearly, any resolution should be done with speed but so as not to endanger anyone or, if at all possible, to minimise any further damage. The shipyard only has a contract with the owner of the vessel and that is the primary source for the duty, everything else is incidental. In the event that the insurers complain about the course of action then the shipyard can look to their contract with the insurers for resolution later.

30. I worked for Mr Carroll a few years ago. He is not flipping Q that will be his support vessel. He use to own RHINO 154ft and still owns SKYFALL, he's loves James bond and Q is a reference to the James bond movies
