Anyone considering buying anything from the now-bankrupt Marsaudon Composites and its successor, Grand Large Yachting, after the way they treated John Lawson should see what they did to this fine and just man. These are people who build a demo boat to high standards, use that demo to lure buyers and then build inconceivably shoddy products. Shame on the "sailing press" for complicity in this ongoing scam. In two heartbreaking videos John Lawson tells his story of a sailor with a dream who sells his possessions to buy a boat from these serial bastards. It is not only the sordid story of Marsaudon but the heinous fools that bought its assets going forward, with a former owner avoiding all responsibility and claims to Lawson and others going forward.
