Wow!!
The look of well varnished wood is absolutely gorgeous!
I remember Maya being so nervous and disheartened now she just naiking out tasks like a PRO! Well done.
Alideno mate graet job also! She (the boat) is looking very good 👍
Aladino must be an absolute BOSS at wrapping Xmas presents!
I bet you're looking forward to peeling off the last bit of blue masking tape.
Great job guys. Very impressive.
Maybe a dumb question, but I see that in the chart table, there is storage BENEATH the lowest drawer, and maybe some behind the drawers (not sure.) How is that bonus space going to be accessed? It seems (and this may be a camera trick) to be large enough to be meaningful, if only for some spare lines or bits-n-bobs, but nonetheless, sailboats aren't exactly known for ample storage.
I am really looking forward to the video about the dingy!
Its getting there! I'm impressed.
It must be satisfying to get somuch done under the pressure. Your not going to have to do (hopefully) major things for years
Both of you are amazing. Quick question: How many layers of glass on the topside?
Maya said she was surprised, the aesthetic exceeded her expectations. Then she immediately set a record for her perkiest episode. If she only knew it was going to be so damn cool maybe she wouldn't get so down some times. Alidino on the other hand can not only see the finished product better but is constantly improving it as he goes. That's why he says he's proud – because he executed to the plan in his head. Speaking of Maya – it's not the same starting an episode without your lick! Not many intros I would say I missed seeing!
luv watching your amazing progress…..your video work…editing…music etc is superb
The varnishing is beautiful. Mya you are becoming a true craftsman!
Beautiful work and outcome
That teak is just darn sexy. 🙂
Looking good … a beautiful sailboat when finished …❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊 …
Aladino: "I'm proud of us" ! We are too 🙂
Do you have water tight compartments in this boat?
Great progress, again!
9:50 What's the music? Sounds a bit Ali Farka Tour-ish. Great Episode! Fantastic to see the boat coming together!!!
That satin finish is just *gorgeous*! Beautiful job, Maya! Dare I say that it looks like you're finally finding some real satisfaction in what you're doing? I'm so glad to see you feeling good about the project again. Long projects can really try our patience. And, man, Aladino, you're really motoring on the epoxy now! It's coming together SO fast. I was out kayaking on the inlet of Thetis Island off Chemainus yesterday and thinking about you guys as I watched people with their sailboats in the autumn sunshine.
Looking good! 😊
I have been watching Johan on RAN sailing who is busy building a 50 foot sailing boat and he chamfers all the 90 degree edges where glass fibre will be going over and I thought that was a good idea. You can watch Ep. 364/5 RAN Sailing if you feel like it.
Onward and Northern may you return under sail.
Amazing that you managed to share so much while being under massive time pressure. Well done and thank you!
Is that a sewing machine behind Aladino in the intro?
Such beautiful work you two.❤🍻
Wow!
you should look at blacktail studios ceramic finishes to the counter tops to make them last a little longer.
Your choice of music is normally one of the best on YouTube, but today's is wonderful. Keep it going.
great work guys. You are giving me plenty of inspiration. I have just stripped the cabin of my Hartley TS16
