Maybe the better idea would be to see if there's a similar island you can buy in the Bahamas or off Florida if possible. Have a type thing with hotel and grounds similar to this….put Gee or Syndney in charge (or even better be to have Taylor run the place.) You could be flown in by Dakota and planes could just land on the water from FL. like fantasy island…have a dive school …swim with nurse sharks…treasure hunts… yacht rentals …. restaurant or a pizza and delivery to all the boats moored nearby…. sounds like a plan!!! Love the Island doodles name.

Bobby I see you use the Asus Duo for editing, it's great to have the extra screen. It doesn't really bother me that the keyboard is moved and I always use the mouse on any laptop if I am sitting down to do real work. Another sailing channel i follow uses the same PC.
