Odată ce barca a fost ridicată (pentru prima dată în viața ei) ne-am dat seama că munca necesară a fost mult mai mult decât se aștepta. Its bad luck not having the boats name painted on the boat. Are you sick of working on that roof. It seems the work just goes on an on.
This has been a total transformation from a sinking tired old yacht into something truly special. Well done you two and that finish line is getting ever closer.

I would be very interested to know if you are paying the workers by the day or do you have a fixed price for boat
what are your plans for the steering system and Navigation school ?
I'm guessing you already have it under control "but" as the boat will get covered with salt, dust and the like it would be worth installing a y valve both sides so when it rains you can allow the roof to flush it's self to become clean before the water is directed to the tanks. Water filters installed before water reaches the tanks can be a hassle as in heavy rain the water won't pass through the filter fast enough.
The fact that the lid to the left of the helm doesn’t have the wood grain running the same way as the rest of the wood would drive me crazy!
Yaba always had nice lines but painted white it will look like a beautiful cloud skimming across a blue sky.🐳🌀🌊☁
MP, Here is a great suggestion and it has been said many times in the comments. When Yabba is finally in the water, you ned to take all of the shipwrights who helped you through this intensive rebuild out on Yabba for a good long sail to thank them for all their hard work. But so far every thing is looking great and Yabba is looking better every day.

Just a reminder, since we didn't see it happen, the insides of the two drain holes need to be thickly coated with epoxy, also, Itsa loookin' mahvelous!
Hmm as some pointed out ^^ its not a bad idea to get the rainwater buuuuut if you want to use it for drinking water there should be some bypass for the intial runn off and when the tank is full as well as i think some filtration to prevent most nasties to pass through … or use it in non drinking water applications like the toilett/washing maschine if you have one xD

the holes should have been made in back side, not the front. The water will be pushed backways by the wind as the ships moves.

Careful with drinking water that has come off solar panels. Some solar cells are made with cadmium/tellurium + a whole host of the most toxic and poisonous / carcinogenic materials known to man. All it would take is one hairline crack in one glass sheet and you would suffer the consequences drinking that water.
How long before you leave dry dock??
