That was NOT the MS Queen Elizabeth. It was the SS or MS Queen Elizabeth 2, also known as the QE2. And that is the wrong picture in the video. The QE shown in the video was built in 2010.
This is NOT the ship that was involved. The old QE2 was the vessel involved. The ship shown did not exist at the time. The newer ship shown wasn't launched until 2010.
Another channel with no decency trying to get famous by using fake news.
Thanks to guys in the comments for telling the truth.
You showed the QE3 instead of the real QE2.
Thank you god she was not sunk by that storm
I think you mean qe2. Get your facts right
Wrong ship and not destroyed then. Mmmm
Nature and God.. no one can't escape.. it's fixed good ways or bad ways..🎇🤗💥🦁♾️⚖️🕰️🌪️💨🌊🌬️🌀🌋
Suprised it survived that size of wave from the side .
Complete cheap shot at a history lesson. Inaccurate information.
It doesn't really matter which ship is shown, the results are the same. Cruising can be dangerous in the best of weather.
This computer-generated voice doesn't know what it's talking about, it was the Queen Elizabeth II. Not the Queen Elizabeth or the Queen Elizabeth 3!
Nazare has bigger waves than this
PRAISE GOD THEY MADE IT INTO SHORE SAFELY.
Clickbait false description
28 meter wave = 92 foot wave.
The passengers must have thought they were going to undergo and endure The Poseidon Adventure, only in real life! 😨😰😱
The ship is question was QE2 or Queen Elizabeth 2. The ship sustained no significant damage. The ship was not struck on the side by he rogue wave, but the bow head on. Passengers did not hold their breath in fear because most were asleep as it happened in the middle of the night. Don’t make films without getting the facts right. The photos you showed were of the MS Queen Elizabeth, a ship which was only launched some fifteen years after the event you’re describing.
I remember that ship. Me and my family we took "Leonardo da Vinci" when we traveled from NY to Genua. I was 7 or 8 years old and there was no hurricane but the normal storms were enough. Queen Elisabeth was the ship my parents wanted to take but she was booked. An amazing ship, I will never forget how huge and beautiful she is/was.
HMS HMS HMS….. MS would read Magesty's Ship, the H in this case was for the word Her. Arrrrrrrrgh

Couldn't they have waited one more day to sail ? They might have avoided such heavy seas 🌊 .
1995? 😂 wrong ship mate
Like Titanic crazy
My parents where on another ship at the same time
Wrong ship so epic fail.
That was the QE2, not the current Queen Elizabeth. But I've sailed both the QE2 and QM2, having some very rough crossings. Hands down the QM2 handles rough seas like a hot knife through butter.
