You need pans with iron in them to cook on induction
yes you need non aluminum. pans
Yep special pots n pans but most good sets will already be made for induction. Also cast iron will work nicely but heavy for sure.

After I get my new hip and then get my other foot rebroken and healed proper and get my mental health in check, I am finally going to be able to get back to work and then I'll so be able to buy some of the amazing things that you have in your store. You're both amazing people and I absolutely love your videos. You give me the want, courage and need to eventually buy a boat and do what I've dreamed of do so long which is live on the boat from the ocean. Water hyacinths are an invasive species here in the US lakes and streams. They can completely cover the surface of a lake if the conditions are right. I didn't know they were edible in good water. That's good to know. Hopefully it'll catch on and more people will eat the things. 🙂
