According to your flag at stern, the boat is not overpowered. Maybe you should trim your sails to get the right shape for half wind. The sail trim in your video is for sailing into the wind.

Warming up down here in Oz and thought that your weather would have been cooler and possibly wetter by now? So glad to see the Med weather gods are treating you guys well.
