  1. Hi, Everyone; thank you for watching this week's episodes. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did making it. Please keep the questions coming; we'll do our best to answer them. Stay tuned for our next video from the Antigua Charter Show.

  2. So sorry to hear about the low tip. You guys always rock the charter. The world would be a bit boring if there weren't a few a-holes in it! Keep it up!

  3. I love watching your videos Blair you do an amazing job! As a former Saffa charter skipper this is amazing to watch, I am really impressed and proud that most of the crew are from my part of the world. Captain Paul you are a class act well done on every score. What I really would have loved to see is English Harbour during the boat show or other, to me, familiar places in the Caribbean and the Med. Love you guys may the tips flow in

  4. Just curious, if dropping two bow anchors what keeps the stern stable? I didn't see one in the videos. Is it the current coming around the point or are stabilizers constantly in motion? Great video, thank you!!

  5. ‘Difficult guests’…I’m intrigued.🤔
Were they, rude, unfriendly, disrespectful etc?
This is something I’m sure we’d like to know more about in future episodes as what defines ‘difficult guests’.
Great video, editing and leadership. 🏝️

  6. Hi Captain Paul & Crew
Love the Chanel it’s great Blair I love the drone shots up above Loon – looks like the Bulbous Bow could do with a scrub😂😂

  7. That’s an incredible boat with an incredible captain and definitely a great crew and I really love watching your videos especially since I’m an Aussie 🇦🇺

  8. Great behind the scenes. Notice the sequence is delayed maybe to weigh posting some of the content. Thanks for the real view.

  9. My biggest question/comment is about deck officer training. How often and why not more often do the chief officer or the 2nd officer take the boat in and out of port more often? Obviously with the captain (paul) supervising/teaching the whole time. This contrasts from my time in the Navy where junior officer would drive the ship in and out of port all the time, but with the captain teaching the whole time. Thanks and great video.

  10. Nice to see money isn't the be all and end all and that you wont tolerate sub standard behaviour.. unfortunately for your guests they are going to find that out the hard way when they can't charter anyone due their mediocre attitudes.

    Pity.

    😂❤😊

  11. Hi mate, whats the age cut off that you can work on a super yacht like this. I used to work on Doug Tarca's Reef Link and the worlds first Floating Hotel in Townsville back in the mid to late 80's but have over 8 years on various vessels through out Sydney and Melbourne, it would be nice to know.. Really enjoyed the video mate, nicely edited :)))

  12. @capt.
I havd to add a complimentary comment Capt Paul
Mate I loved your debriefing especially when came to the most important part for self and Crew. The Tip Paul the way You your way as a Capt and your own personality what fantastic leadership manners and respect you have very well done 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Yes you indeed You should be commended

  13. Kudos to the captain for not only sacrificing his tip, but in building such a wonderful team spirit amongst the crew. It is a shame that we could not have communicated exactly what issues the Guests had to leave such a small tip, that said we all appreciate you allowing us to share parts of your very busy schedules. Hopefully your next guests will reward you all better. Keep up the fantastic job you all do.

  14. A group of guests that only leave a 6% tip are not difficult guests, those have to be nightmare guests.. Lord knows what bs and demands they put you through. CPT is the man for throwing his $ back into the pot for the crew. I would 100% do the same for my crew/team as well. Hopefully next one is much much better for you all.. Cheers!

  15. Every time i watch your videos i feel like a member of the crew! Your kindness and hard work are unbelievable! (I'm curious about the guests, me too like other followers). Thank you from Sicily!

  17. Could you explain more about the tip. What is usual and why guest are stingy? Perhaps some people does not know that tips are an important part of the income in gastronomy, if it is a boat or a restaurant.

  18. Sorry about cheap tipping. They only short themselves with knowing they did not do the right thing of being generous. Giving is a joy, unless you are selfish and I have never known a happy selfish person in my life. 🐻🙏🇺🇸

  19. I won’t say anything negative about your guests but that’s so unfortunate for your crew that works so hard to deliver the best possible experience for them. I enjoy and appreciate your videos and hope you all have smooth sailing and a happy holiday season. 🎄
