It makes my heart soar to see "Sitka" out playing in the waves. I was happy that this first sail went well, with no real problems. Seeing Kenna on her first solo watch with the wind teasing her hair was beautiful. Hope the rest of your first post refit sail went as good as the first half. May you get the little issues fixed and enjoy a season of incident free sailing.

Same thing happened to my anchor swivel assembly here in la paz. im sure it was because of the 180 degree current swings mixed with the anchor being really dug in good.

Great episode again. Made my day. And….bit by bit….the channel seems to get more attention. Btw I only know sitka from sitka spruce used in the toppanels for acoustic guitars. I, however, prefer cedar tops on my acoustics. Leading to the question: Why did you name your boat Sitka?
