12. I saw M/Y Luna in San Diego maybe 10yrs ago in San Diego. My hotel room (Sheraton at the time) looked down on it from the 12th floor. Gorgeous yacht and as it was “backed in” in the mooring, I had a terrific view of the back of it. The open deck rear end is huge! At the time I thought they could play a full court basketball game on it.

22. As a US lawyer I'd note that perhaps the ownership of the yacht was not clear (as it seems they all are a bit murky) while in Miami and this was the reason why it was not immediately seized to satisfy begin to satisfy the foreign judgment.
