salut super boulot bravo
Looking fantastic. Well done 👍🏼
Hi Marina, why you sold the warrior was it because of the small size, thanks.
You guy's are great, 👍
Nice work!! The boat is really coming along now … looking down the length from the engine bay you can really start to see the progress.
You guys are doing a lovely job .
Are you going to limber the tank holding water to be able to fit bilge pump in case of tank leaks?
I’ve been watching this and other restoration/refit channels with avid interest. A good chunk of my working career (I’m now retired) was spent manufacturing fiberglass recreational boats. One thing I’ve noticed about all these channels is their use of epoxy resin instead of polyester or vinylester resin. I’m not sure the reason for this. In my experience, epoxy resin was only used on our show boats where heat print through of the woven roving products was a problem. Can someone explain to me this fixation on what is an extremely expensive product? Is it a regulatory issue?
Before you put the floor over the tanks, please make sure that you put some anti-chafe material under the tanks. You could use neoprene or rubber straps. Another idea to ensure a rattle free installation is to purchase a couple gallons of high density, two part urethane foam, lay down some thin polyethylene, and weight the tanks down into the foam, similar to packaging of fragile items through the mail or common carrier.
Nice content this week. Quality and speed of your work steadily increasing. Thanks for sharing.
Just giving you a hand as requested 😉👏🏻👏🏻⛵
Great work well done tanks fitted well you are doing so well😊😊
Great work, you guys put in the effort and the results are excellent. Love your work ethic. Cheers from Austin, TX
je ne comprends pas pourquoi mettre un neoprene sous les varangues. Le contreplaque n'est pas saturé d'epoxy. il va boire l'humidite par dessous !
And you were surprised it fit???? I'm not…..!!!! You guys are taking the time to do it right.
En français c est un rouleau debuleur
What I love about your channel is this: I have always fancied restoring an old boat and I feel like I am doing that but it isn't hard work for me and there is no mess. Perfect!
I don't know if you are aware, but you are in a race with @sailingrumpunch – first wet hull wins!!!!
What product do you use to clean your tools ? Acetone?
SEABIRD IS LOOKING GOOD,, She's going to be very Strong. I have watched Sailing UMA And the way your fixing SEABIRD reminds me of UMA..This so nice because you can design the inside the way you want,, BEAUTIFUL AND COOL….TALY HOOO.. CAPTAINS!!!
