I've never had occasion to use a "Med mooring" but theybscare me. On the bread, years ago Hugh two dads from river cottage did a simple bread recipe which is actually not bad and easy. I'm sure it's not hard to find. Hope you have/ had a good trip. Just wondering how you get on with copyright with the music. Cheers.
