  1. Nice video! 1) what is the easiest way to calculate your 24h vmg distance, eg as crows flys waypoint to waypoint? Or do you go by total miles over ground (not vmg) using your chart plotter? 2) what size & weight (?nylon) fabric is your Code D? And what max AWS do you keep it up?

  2. I really like you guys showing your day in and day out routines, I just cannot wrap my head around how on earth you could plan meals for that long, and compile a shopping list to prepare for a long journey, I have a hard time figuring out what I'm going to make for supper. I love the question and answer would be nice for you to sit down as a family and do that. Till next week, stay safe and God bless

  3. What was the most beautiful part of this week's vlog? You didn't care when you got there. That is when you know you made the right decision for your family. Beautiful trip and see you next week when you land on Mother Earth again. Maybe they'll have some yogurt!

  4. Relaxed and in the moment seems to be the routine on day 23! It’s nice to see you all relaxed settled in and at ease on your vessel. BUT!, it makes me a little edgy, I hate to say. Things can go topsy turvy in a moment at sea. Does everyone know what to do, when the unimaginable happens? Do you ever plan for emergency responses ? All the best!!, Worried in Florida

  5. That was perfect timing. You were making the dough and I joked with my wife saying "wow… wouldn't it be nice having a husband that cooks.." and you immediately said your line about doing it all. She cracked. Great video. Cheers 🎉!

  6. Wow! Do you really only survive by making only 50 gallons every 3 days? That works out at a maximum of 19 litres per person per day? I'm impressed it can be done, considering that the average person in the west uses at least 80 to 120 litres per day! I must admit that I like at least one, if not two leisurely showers per day on board when I'm sailing and at a push can get by with an average of around 50 to 60 litres per day per person on the boat! Anyway, I'm vicariously enjoying your trip.
