I think that boating bringing the family together is just an amazing thing. Kids do tend to think anyone over the age of forty are either boring or weird and the fact they will join in on a boat make you think a boat just be in every ones family.
I much prefer downstairs kitchens with cosy sitting area, otherwise they look like a corridor. Yes, you lose bedroom space but how often are they all used?😊

we had 3 boats. a weird home built 16' with a 40 hp Johnson pure lake boat $450 in '64. then 17' Thunderbird trihull in '67 w/90hp merc. then a 21' sea ray in '68 w/200 omc outdrive. great memories. Tex lakes and the intercoastal Tex Gulf of Mex.

Boating is a direction that you choose over property. With a boat like that, I would say goodbye to the land. When I had my little 26 ft contessa, I wouldn’t be found more than the first street from the water in the summer time. On their boat, I would take their bunk cabin and turn it into a laundry room, fridge freezer and larder storage area.

Great share by the owners and your capture was perfect as always. I truly appreciate boat owners who actually use their boat. I spent years in a harbor on a boat, and there were MANY boats at the harbor whose owner(s) I NEVER saw. These boats were unused.
What a gorgeous boat, lovely. I'm not a boat owner, but if I was, and it was that expensive, I would want me and my guests to wear shoes. Why do people take them off? Are they do delicate? I don't understand it, but there again, some people ask to remove shoes at their home. Not very welcoming in my opinion.
