  1. I've always put vinegar in the water I poach the eggs in. I've never added it directly to the eggs beforehand. I'll give that method a go. Thanks if it works!

  2. Three pancakes with a sunnyside-up egg between the bottom and middle pancake, then bacon between the middle and top pancake with maple syrup DOUSED over, then a sprinkling (NOT MUCH more like a GARNISH LIKE) of powdered sugar, grated nutmeg, and orange or lemon zest. Trust me…. I have served it for over 20 years at my B&B/Inn.

  3. Excellent video! I love your originality. My favorite simple breakfast is hot waffles topped with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon.

  4. I love your breakfasts and they give me inspiration. The pancake one reminded me of a breakfast meeting I had in Hong Kong in 1977. The client's rep (Aussie) was a fan of American breakfasts and I was a fan of the Full-English breakfast. Being young and foolish, we decided to combine the two themes. The hotel I was staying in was obliging. So we had a stack of pancakes with maple syrup and butter, English-style bacon and sausages surrounding the stack, and a couple of runny fried eggs on top. When we cut into the eggs, the yolk ran down the sides of the stack in a beautiful, golden cascade. It was very good, but perhaps a bit too filling.

  5. For people wary of the syrup on the eggs…pro tip. Plate the eggs, then the pancakes, then the syrup. The pancakes provide a buffer. All still in the same bite. 🙂

  6. When did potato chips on eggs become a thing? Did someone do it in a famous movie I haven't seen? I saw it first time in the online series "The Bear."
