8. After a week of contemplating which the best mansion is to buy (I was grinding for the money), I’m confident in saying that Richman is the best mansion and here’s why:

   Firstly there’s Tongva. This is in my opinion the perfect mansion in terms of location and view. Mansions are a place where you retire so people saying it’s too far from other businesses are missing the whole point. The view is incredible and it still has access to the highway. My two main issues with this mansion are firstly the fact that it’s Devon Weston’s old house which already kinda makes it sucks (plus it’s been there for 10+ years so there’s nothing new about it thus it lacks the wow factor). My second issue with it is the colour..I don’t like the red and I wish it incorporated more wood like the other 2 mansions.

   Next there’s vine wood. Some may argue this has a better view than richman which isn’t completely ridiculous to say however it too has a few problems. The two main problems that it has is firstly because it overlooks a gigantic parking lot and the outdoor stadium thing. Imagine being in your mansion hearing a concert right outside and looking at 1000 cars. That sucks. My second issue is that it’s right next to the vine wood sign. Some may see this is a plus but to me that’s horrible because that’s a major tourist attraction right in front/behind your house. Imagine a sea of tourist outside your house while your trying to get some privacy

   In no way am I saying the rich man mansions is perfect. It definitely isn’t. I don’t love the location plus there are a lot of quote on quote ugly roofs in the view.

   However it’s simply the issues with the other two mansions that make Richman the best option.

10. Honestly the mansion add on seems a little late. Would have been cool if it came after the yacht dlc.

11. I bought the 1st Mansion because it's more tropical vibe and the Palms light up nice at night and you have the ocean view . 🔥🔥🔥

16. The roads for richman make me regret choosing it. Especially as if you turn left out of your drive and go too fast, you end up trapped in a tennis court

17. I like them all for different reasons, but my favorite would have to be the Tongva Estate for its views and seclusion. The other 2 mansion’s views don’t seem as grand, but the Vinewood Estate seems great for parties, and the Richman Villa is in a convenient location.

20. honestly the one i’ve been neglecting the most is the vinewood one. location wise richman is better(+view) and aesthetic wise i like tongva, plus the casino also has fast travel to the tongva hills area. also rlly cool if you put devin’s car(tornado) on display there

31. I think those big mossy columns kinda ruin the 3rd mansion, whats the point of them? the water features on the others look better in my opinion

35. Well hold on, the hot tub at the Richman Villa is on the opposite corner of the pool from where it is at the Tongva Estate. You can't forget that!
