A "Cattlemaran" with too much windage, not enough wing deck clearance, too many heads to have issues with, too much gear means too much weight and too many things to go wrong.
End result is perfect for a condo at the docks because sailing will be shocking in anything over a small chop because it will need a decent breeze to get the pig going.
Resale will be shocking.
