1. I think these things get blown out of proportion online. There was a lot of time and money spent, so any disagreement is likely to lead to some kind of arbitration. It doesn't mean either side did anything atrocious.

7. I do not like Nauti-anything. They talk great "Sailmanship." Where did they get the money to engage in this fiasco? This couple are not businesspeople. Bering will be around for a long while after Nauti kids are gone.

9. Dismissal with Prejudice is not necessarily the same as losing at trial. It all depends on the agreements the parties reached. After months of discovery and negotiations a trial was seen as an obvious serious risk to both sides. The parties are under no obligation to disclose their resolution. Good riddance to all of them! Rich people law suits tie-up the US court system and drain time and resources from issues far more important and pressing. The US taxpayer bears the costs of providing the forum and administrative support which are never recovered no matter what the outcome of Mr. Cheat vs. Mrs. Liar.

13. Yeah, they ended their own suit because after the lawyers got involved they realized they didn't have a suit LOL Otherwise, the two parties could have reached a settlement without the case being filed in the first place.

25. I was in Abacos Bahamas 12/3 thru 12/19. All of the marinas were empty as were the restaurants. Often we were the only boat or customer in either.
