I enjoy the water and a cruise. Looking at this I understand people enjoying the sense of achievement. But Ive got one comment for these types of trips…..F$&K That! What the hell hahahah
Thinking about not dying constantly.
I don't understand how you steer a boat constantly to fight the waves etc…how do you sleep? Doesn't the boat just turn when the wave hits it and then it tips over? Lol to me this is a horror movie. Haha. Balls of steel to do this. Congrats.
That does not look like fun at all. But, hey good for him!
Aren't you worried about all the extra weight because of your cast iron balls.
Good for you. It’s why I never go over blue water unless it’s in a big plane.
this is how determination should describes . great video sir

Riding through the ocean is one hell of a experience! It combines both beauty and survival, pleasant feelings and adrenaline boost, thank you for making these vids and sharing them with the world!

I’m 18 and just boat my first yacht she’s a foxhound 24 I bought it as I have crewed on it for 3 years but the owner passed away so I bought it. I’ve heard all his stories about places he’s sailed I am hoping one day I will be able to do some the trips he sailed. It would be my dream to have a partner in the future who also loves sailing.
Blimey that made my Heart race a few times well done. What is the boat and it's size please?
This would be fun to do but it would be a little scary with waves going over the boat
You should consider mounting a sprayhood
What are the chances those apparent smugglers dumped their load when they saw you approaching then as you passed aft you struck the floating bundle causing the damage?
isnt that the hard dodger
Could it have been a shipping container you hit? maybe a log? what else could it be?!
Awesome passage and video! You look like you're ready to do the Vendée Globe!
That poor solar panel got a real flogging. I glued my second one down after the first one ripped out the corner grommets and flew away.
Is there anything tougher than an Australian ?
Great video …. Thanks for the video
She's a great sea boat! Thanks for this great video!
Badly in need of some spray dodgers. She looks very seaworthy. What is she?
balls of steel
no automatic bilge pump?
8 knots close hauled is very good going, is that a light boat with lots of keel? Well done Captain Scarlegs!
Terrific video. Well done.
Bro I would get absolutely wasted everyday during the quarantine
I like boats and ships but I hate just being stranded in the ocean. I would like to go on a sailboat but if I ever do have to actually sail it I would make sure that I’m no further than 10 – 20 miles off the coadt
