Continuăm trecerea către Mermaid Reef din Rowley Shoals. La sosire, Border Force se apropie de noi, ceea ce este o experiență destul de intimidantă. Ne îndreptăm încet în pasul de la Mermaid Reef, iar vremea se întoarce… nu-i așa întotdeauna! Ne instalăm și coborâm mai jos pentru o odihnă bine meritată. Când scoatem capul în sus, avem noi vecini. Magnus decide să facă paneer pentru cină. E prea vânt pentru a face snorkel, așa că ne îndreptăm spre cayul din Peanut pentru a-l verifica. E cale lungă, iar apa e puțin adâncă, cu bommie peste tot. Ajungem în sfârșit acolo și explorăm Sand Cay. Avem doar aproximativ o oră pe cai înainte ca marea să vină și să pună totul sub apă. Este un loc uimitor și ne face plăcere să-l verificăm.
