  1. Gonna add a "comment"~~~ You Tube likes that. I use the I phone "alarm" set up for 30 minute naps in the PM. A nap after lunch. With the "alarm" set ~~ I "think" about sort of a "surrendered" nap. At least: Eyes closed~ something over my eyes, no light~ warm, blanket maybe and "trust" that the I-phone is managing it. Then with pracitice ~ 2-3 times per week. Works every time. This is a great go-to "re-group" in the middle of the day. Then a cup of coffee after. ~~~~~~~"Sleeping" and getting things done is an art form. ~~~~~. Best Wishes Pip !

  2. I am always impressed by your matter-of-fact explanations of the rigours of solo sailing. Four hours sleep in every twenty four hours for two weeks while sailing one of these amazing boats is quite a thought, never mind around the world. You are a star Pip! 😴

  3. Great to cover the sleeping segment! I can’t imagine it is simple, do you have to work at this or are you just so tired that you can sleep for half an hour?
