    – your ficcacha might be coming out like pizza due to overworking it. Try mixing in the ingredients with a spatula until they come together and let rest for 24 hrs, make into loafs and bake. ✌️

19. Been enjoying the footage of your voyage, got to love the performance of your Outremer 55. Am interested to know the background for not selecting the Wingaker that you had on the Lagoon. How effective was it on the squally Atlantic downwind conditions? do you find your current red symmetric spinnaker (stormlite 210?) to be a better choice? and comparing with asymmetric (lovely black/red colour choice!), is it more efficient than the Wingaker? thanks.
