' hes's a {iinsert calling/profession here} a pretty good one, but then he meets a girl , there are some emotions , then some drinking and a singsong, then supporting male charactor two departs tearfully, then a montage, a new purpose and hes back, not just good but a great barman/sailer/pilot/businessman/racing driver/ mechanic/impossible mission guy!
