  1. Really very inspiring guys! Hope you can go enjoy a beer at the town twvern, congrats to getting to 100 and can't wait for the next 100!

  2. You realize that you created an incredible resource for anyone needing help with composites? I can’t wait to see the rest of this build. Your considered, humble presentation makes complex processes understandable to the uninitiated. You give the gift of learning and that is a gift that is impossible to put a value to…

I / we are in your debt, thank you both…

  3. Space saving sugestion/taught materiel:

Try to add as many of foldable furniture, as possible. Expansible/collapsible folding tables, benches, beds even – Every 2 square meters on the floor, in wich you can stand full height, will be gold for you at the sea. If beds folding to the "wall" is not your cup of tea, go for hammocks, or even sail, suspended by ropes from the ceiling – one of cheapest, lightest and least spacehuging version of bed. Not to mention, kinda "gimbaled" (or at least protected on sides) against the waves, not to throw you out of bed…

    Propulsion and powering question:

Have you taught about possibility to use rigid "wing sail"? In combination with a lot of solar panels, that could save you a heap of fuel money in the future, not to mention money for generator running your appliances.

    Dinghy question:

Depends on your preferences, monetary possibilites at the moment of purchase and how long do you plan to cruise and live aboard the ship. If you fancy longer livespann, and quite flexible possibilies, i do sugest you to eyeball boats from company called "OC". Those can be used as dinghies (with motor, electro-motor, rows or even with a sail), are quite light, have integrated wheels to help with movement on the beach. Not to mention, those are supposed to be the apex regarding small boats security.

Good luck with your project and future travels. Keep together.

  4. 8'? You will be anchoring miles from shore! Thing this. wow.
The project is depending on YT? I do not understand that, how could that be ?

  5. I think there’s a serious flaw in the super clever YouTube algorithm. All those boat building/restoring channels you name, I follow them. And it’s decades not just yesterday. How is it possible I was proposed this mesmerising boat project only three days ago? Anyway I am quickly catching up with all the episodes. Great job, congratulations

  6. When Mike Plant designed the original, he said that when centered and under full sails, the boat drifted starboard . He mentioned a design flaw. Can you elaborate on that

  7. Hello! I have been following you for a while seeing the project you do, I congratulate you! It is an incredible boat! I will continue to see your progress and your enthusiasm. Greetings from Argentina! South America.

  8. Dude! Can’t believe this is the first episode to mention a HELPER! I would have died like the 5th episodes episode I watched to come VOLUNTEER…. but of course I’m in Oklahoma/small boys/wife/job! Every excuse right? Can’t believe someone locally hasn’t tried just to be apart of your masterpiece… Just Saying
