Suntem Holly și Stephane 🇺🇸🇫🇷 Am făcut tranziția de la profesioniști cu normă întreagă a software-ului din zona Golfului SF la exploratori de croaziere care țin mereu cu ochii pe vreme și pe inimile noastre într-un cântec. Scopul nostru este să finalizăm o circumnavigație și recent am trecut la un catamaran de performanță și suntem îndrăgostiți nebunește de Outremer 52. Lucrăm cu Outremer în Franța (cu ajutorul Google translate) pentru a lansa proiectul nostru cu barca și a începe călătoria noastră ca vagabonzi navigatori. Deși nu este o cursă sau un test de viteză, facem prima noastră traversare Bluewater anul acesta și suntem încântați să o vedem pe AWEN întinzându-și picioarele și dansând pe apă.   3. Just getting back in the water so fast with a good repair is fantastic. Certainty a vast number of moving parts you negotiated successfully. Of course, the last piece is the weather, which you can’t control. So great to get a video post and be able to see you are on the move from the PredictWind tracking page. Either there is something about Outremer getting hit while on anchor, or it is a lot more common than I suspected. I saw where Great Circle had an anchor accident a while back. Like your situation, Outremer jumped into action, helping them save their trip. That effort for Great Circle and yours, combined with all you have said about the purchase, handover and support, speaks super positively about the brand.

  20. Great to see you are moving again. Think of the bright side, after the long upwind trek to Miami, you’ll get to do the whole trip again, at your leisure, going downwind. What could be better!

    What's the autonomy on the engines alone (at full throttle)?
    Is there a 're-fueling at sea' service available?

  23. Wow! That was so well produced, especially the last half once you got into the water. The camera shots, the music, the dophins. All of it was awesome. Kinda got to me tbh. Well done kids. Now open it up and go play!

  30. Yippee! You got so much done so fast and are your way again 🙂 I've been corresponding w Outremer for Miami Boat Show for visiting I think Friday and Saturday. I fly in Thursday. Personally, I love the glass water when the water disappears into the sky. And I call the dolphins "Dogfish" – they are so fun and playful but they will steal fish off a line LOL.
