They look like Portuguese Man of War jellyfish. They are a common find on a lot of beaches. The venom is still active, even if the animal is dead, so hands off or pay the painful price. Vinegar, or, in a pinch, urine, neutralizes the stinging from the venom. My friend found out the hard way. 🇨🇦🖖🏻🇨🇦
