  1. Fair price ? Lol No way that boats needs a TON A TON OF WORK! From the way the engine room looks I am willing to bet the windless don't work, No Gen.,the day Bridge is just a bridge, the front Decking, that boat is a huge project. Now with that said I think she has good bones tho. So for the right price and to the right person she would be a good project. But Not anywhere near 30k more like 20, if that look around prices are dropping.

  2. The bigger the boat the harder they fall in price. I built a trailerable houseboat. Every fall when it comes out of the water there's at least 2 weeks to put into it to get it back in shape.

  3. While it has had some remodeling,it wasn't complete in Any of the areas, and not well in some of those.1 motor running after only 1000 hours shows they didn't know squat about maintaining, so that leaves me to question every aspect of each part. The "@$30k asking" is well beyond reasonable.

  4. $30,000?? My offer would be $3,000. That boat is a complete nightmare. I'm sure there was a strong odor of mold and mildew because that missing hatch on the flybridge compromised the inner walls. A nonfunctioning motor should be considered a worst-case scenario, plus the engine room would need a complete rewiring. I could go on and on. This boat is only worth its scrap value.

  5. I believe it be beautiful for the price. And it will be perfect for somebody that retire. They've got the time and you're enjoying to fix it. Because right now you can leave on it.😊

  6. Don't know the price. Although look at what anything cost these days as far as living space. ie = apartment, condo , house , ect. Myself , i would take out those mercruisers and replace with 2 Cummins diesels with turbos. This is a good investment to live on or even just to have and fix up for a getaway spot. Also take time to fix and in possibly flip in 3 years. Places to live are just a investment. I would find a nice Marina with wash house and possibly a laundry room. Food for thought !
