  1. And everybody here here has literally forgotten about be aware of the Romanian 🇷🇴 lions 🦁 keeping them in your pocket don’t let them run away free from you 😊

  2. I am Romanian living in Uk. If you will ever go back to visit my country I recommend you the Huge Salt Mine in Cluj Napoca and the Therman Mineral Water Pools in Felix or Baile Herculane. Also, the Mountain Area as Arieseni or Straja in winter is amazing and cheap! Oh, Also a nice place to see is Scarisoara Cave and Bear's Cave, also Dracula Castle in Transilvanya. That is the best part of our country!
Glad to see English people visiting Romania!

  3. 16:02 The dude which made the tutorial has the worst pronunciation of the word "Leu (lion)" 😂 In romanian you pronounce every letter as it is, it's not "Lu", it's "Leu", the "e" is pronounced as in "elephant" and if you want to make it plural you say "Lei".

  4. In the future (if you wanna visit Romania during summer, to enjoy Danube Delta and other nice places like Transfagarasan road, Transalpina road and so many others) you may wanna consider some tips:
-If you plan to visit for 3 weeks or more, it's much cheaper to buy a romanian sim card. The romanian internet it's like top 10 in the world and with 10-15 pounds you will have plenty.
-Do your research. Know what you wanna do.
-rent a car from the airport. If you pack a phone holder on your package, use waze and you can get anywhere, no problems at all. Some rent-a-car companies offer you 3 choices of renting:
    1. The cheapest one. This doesn't have full insurance cover and you will need a credit card for deposit (like 1500-1600 euro).
    2. The next one is a little bit more expensive but the deposit is like 200 euros or something like that.
    3. The most expensive one but with full insurance cover and no deposit at all.
An example of rental company would be duorentacar.ro (of course, there are many more)
-Avoid tourist traps. Dracula's castle isn't Bran castle. That's a good example of a tourist trap. It is a nice place though…
So…research. Go to Google and just search top 10 waterfalls from Romania, top 10 caves, top 10 places to visit or whatever may interest you the most.
    Enjoy!

  5. Live in West Yorkshire for many years, but originally from Giurgiu, Romania.
Most people are manored and helpful. Enjoy the food, it's amazing !!

  6. Your toddler is such a gorgeous little boy, and very clever and well behaved! I mean, you're both good looking people, but he is just next level! Adorable!

  7. Hello beautiful and dear people, we are Laura and Cristian from Suceava (Northern Bucovina) thank you for visiting our country and for trying to meet new people and beautiful places: if you want to know the real Romania, please visit the following cities with their places and customs;
1 – Maramures with their beautiful areas and delicious people.
2- Northern Bucovina with all their monasteries and especially the very tasty traditional food.

3- Brasov with the mountain area and the local food (Peles Castle).
    4- Sibiu and surroundings.
5 – Deva and the Alba Carolina fortress with their people and the local food (absolutely incredible).
6- Iași the cultural capital of Moldova with exceptional local food. 7- Sighișoara the only European fortress city, with local traditions and customs.
8- Dracula Castle on the border between Bistrița and Suceava. 9-Cluj, the most expensive and boring city in all of Europe (you can see the differences on the moon).
10 – Oradea, the city with the greatest cultural and social expansion in Europe; have a good trip and have fun (Don't forget, Romania is the safest country in the world for women and children after 8:00 PM)

  8. Hello guys.I love England.I lived in London for 7 years and now I'm in Romania. I'm thinking about going back because I miss England.I hope you felt good in my country.😊🤗

  9. Expensive coffeeshop breakfast for 3 people? In Bucharest? Capital city in Europe? Are you dumb?? Do you think how much will be in London?? Silly girl!!

  10. Glad you liked Bucharest and congrats for not arriving in Budapest instead. It happened to me once just the reverse of it, I meant to go to Budapest and I asked a friend to help me cause she bragged she knew a really good travel agent and when I got my ticket it was for… Bucharest.

  11. Hi guys, it's much nicer in the spring, summer and autumn. Careful with July and August if you plan a revisit in the summer, it's very hot, like 34-36 everyday (lots of sunny days). Cheers!

  12. Romanian women and people are beautiful. I was that impressed i went online and found one on a dating site. 16 years and counting all going well. Im gonna retire there its stunning 😍

  13. I was gonna say 'u re driving on the wrong side of the road'. Then I remembered that in uk it s reversed🤣sorry about that. Hope u enjoyed your trip and come back again🥰

  14. Please come back during the summer! We have long hot summers that start in May and end in late September. Sometimes you can get amazing weather in October. Winters are cold but short. I lived in the UK for many years and returned a few years ago. I am so happy I decided to come back. Bucharest is a thriving city. Next time around please check out our Malls (especially Promenada and Afi Cotroceni, also look them up), Botanical Garden, and Park King Michael the First. The History Museum ( 2 min from where you stayed in your AirBNB) has a huge Toy Museum area that your little guy will love. When you come back to Carturesti Carusel, check the basement for lots of souvenirs and collectibles. Promenada Mall and Afi Cotroceni Mall have lots of stuff for kids. You can go to Afi Cotorceni Mall the same day you visit the Botanical Garden as they are really close.

  15. hi, i look at u for the first time and is soo cute. u are very nice. i am from romania and live in france and i understand ur little problems with the language. thank u for ur vidéo

  16. Well, once you have taken the first step in Romania for your vacation and are surprised by your expectations, you will come back for a long time because you have a lot to visit here. If you are going to return to Romania and have a flight from London to Cluj, I recommend Turda Salt Mine and all of Transylvania.🍀

  17. The pronunciation of the Romanian currency that that app tells you: "Lou", is so wrong 🤣🤣🤣. It's more close to "Leo" (the name), but not sure how to do it in writing. It does mean, literally, "Lion".

  18. I'm Romanian, but living abroad for a lot years now. Just got back from winter hols, from Romania… I was in Bucharest for a weekend as well. Uber, super cheap and the drivers were great people – food, amazing as always (bit biased cos I grew up in Romania) – prices, it looks like your AirBnb was in the city centre so the prices are higher in that area but not "crazy expensive". Hope you guys will do a summer trip over there as well and explore other parts of Romania. Brasov, Cluj, Oradea, Iasi, Timisoara – if you want to be in a city but like mountain/rural areas have amazing resorts too! And the mini Black Sea coast is pretty cool but I'd recommend a small resort rather than Mamaia (fanciest, overpriced and party oriented). <3

  19. From Romania with love welcome here in Bucharest capital. You buy Bucovina mineral water and Bucovina non carbon add water! 😂

  20. Really nice video! Next time are you going to visit Romania, flight to Cluj Napoca, and go to visit the Maramures County which is the most traditional part of Romania and with the most amazing food. I will suggest to rent a cabin to sleep in Borsa, Maramures, which is a mountain zone, try to search for the cabin with more view (few names "Panoramic Residence , Cabanele Borsa View"), you will thank me after!
