Spot prawns' meat deteriorate as soon as they die. Like mushy bad. And they die pretty fast outside of their environment. I hipe that ceviche turned out good.

Were all the fishes and shrimps caught by the crew? Or were they bought from a fishing boat and shrimping
boat? The crew must have used netting to catch the shrimps. Is it legal for the crew from a pleasure yacht,
without license, to harvest food from the sea using nets?
I enjoyed the video. I wish the video also include the process of harvesting the fishes and shrimps.

Ran a yacht out Seattle before it turned all woke back in the 80’s and then we went to Cabo in the winters great memories fishing for marlin and tuna and halibut in Alaska it goes by in the blink of an eye I’m 65 and retired now thanks for the videos so well done love the crew too
