Hello! very exciting to follow you and the sailing towards cape horn! hope everything goes your way and that the weather won't be too bad! I am very impressed by your wonderful fantastic dog who is so talented 🐕❤️ have a good sailing and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it goes well⛵️👍👍
Keep going, because the waning light of summer is fading in the Southern Ocean, wanting you very much to succeed, reaching Port Williams.
Hello Ms. Kate and Curtis, they have a very large anticyclone stationed in the southern cone of South America, it exceeds 1013 mb, don't worry and keep going, it's just hot and it's absorbing the little moisture you have on the continent, RUN AND EXCEED THE SOUTHERN CONE BEFORE MARCH 21, you will have squalls and the nautical mixer will make itself felt. blessings to all three
😅🌎🌏🌍
You have 3 days to arrive in Península Valdéz and rest that time in the southern gulf of San Jorge in Puerto Piramides. beware of the syzyzygian tides
Well done and looking good. I’m sailing around Cape Town this year then on to the Crib. After Hurricane season. I’m thinking of options of where to go until November and Uruguay is one of them. Is it a good place to stay for 2 months.
I wish y’all the best of weather in crossings to come.
Good to see you taking Cape Horn and not the pussy route! The difference between sailor's and cruiser's! Cape Horn is on my bucket list!
There is a huge chafe in the blue line at 6:38?. Awesome views guys, I knew it would be great. Looking forward to the next video!!!!
Hey, I see you right now (march 4th 10:30 local AR) on predict wind sailing toward Ushuaia!!!! Enjoy the city!!!
Good luck with the weather and winds. Looks like you have a great plan for your boat and route.
Glad you are from great lakes and sailing the mackinaw race.
Now that’s a sailor dog! Impressive Roxi!
Thanks for the inspiration.
Did you guys stopped in Uruguay 🇺🇾?
Oh no, you are on a ghost ship. A ghost is at the helm. 🙂 You smiled, didn't you? What is your ghost's name, Harvey? 🙂 Oh, I know, it is Auto, you know, Auto the pilot ghost. 🙂
Send it!!!😂
sorry, you guys stopped In piriapolis, very close to Punta Del este
I've been following you guys for a year or something in anticipation of this part of your trip. It is actually happening now! What a great adventure.
I bet it was the right decision. Close to the coast you'd face worst wave conditions for it's not as deep as offshore. Everytime Amyr Klink goes to Antarctica, he takes this route via Falklands. As long as the weather permits, that sounds like the the better one. The unknown is always a bit scary, but you're both very capable to face this journey! Fair winds!
Awesome. Thanks for the nav station stuff.
Looks like you had some Atlantic Spotted Dolphins swimming along with you. Have a safe trip. Imagining you made it otherwise we’d have no video. You two are crushing it. Safe sailing Sweet Ruca.
This adventure leaves me almost speechless. Your courage and skills are amazing. When you are very old I hope this adventure is clear in your minds so you can remember excellence
Awesome video 👌👍 👏 Always good to see the pros at work, Thanks for sharing this awesome video full of info and advice, Great stuff 👍👌👏👏💪🦾
✌❤🍀 🌬⛵
Only racers have cockpits completely full of lines, like a messy play room floor.
You two are awesome sailors and are equipped to handle any sailing conditions. Can't wait to see what happens next.
Either got to run with it but if not trying to lose ground I'll heave to or forereach
I'm assuming the underwater footage was when the engine was on as the feathering prop was rotating? I've noticed your gear shifter is usually in reverse whilst sailing , I presume to force the prop to feather ? Great episode and thanks for sharing the passage planning decisions, there's a heck of a lot to think about, not to mention setting up and using the IT .
what is that computer monitor and setup, just a touch pc, flush mounted in the navigation station ?
Ok. You are push on. 2 options: Beagle Channel as an escape or rounding Cape Horn. We'll see. All the best wishes. Fair winds and a fair seastate. And, whatever happens……Roxy can bark at the famous Beagle or be the first dog I know to round the Cape from east to west. Anyways, give her a giganormous hug from me.
Hi, the boat is very nice, can you write what is the brand and model? I live in Marmaris Turkey. the dog is so cute
Amazing. Big balls and bigger skills.
You guys are rock stars. Love your channel .
Beautiful Video. Thanks for sharing
You dog needs a stall kind of thing where he can lean on a wall on each side as he eats.
Keep the videos coming !Thing are going to get interesting in a good way of course !
This video was amazin! The true spirit of sailing. Good luck crossing Cape Horn, I think you are well prepared and Iemanjá (Queen of the Sea) protect you. From a secret friend from Porto Belo.
Where are you at present?
Greetings from mar del plata
This is a trip to be remembered
Hay que mejorar el cambio de bordo y ordenar los cabos.
Do you edit and render video too on that new pc ? It seems very handy!
Well cool
How do you work it for the dog to go to the toilet?
Damn the torpedoes, full steam ahead maties!!!!
