One can look at situations as “breaking or failing”, I like to look at it as learning. If you’re not learning, you’re not pushing hard enough. Learning requires a growth process and that includes “breaking or failing”. Very cool adventure! After watching, I would add: doing so while laughing and cheering others on makes even the hardest situations bearable. You rock.
Kika you need to go to the Vitamin Shop and buy a bottle of Potassium-Magnesium supplements. You are clearly lacking these in your body. Some people (me included) need these extra supplements because of our individual makeup. Ever since I started taken this daily, I have never cramped up. Try it!
