This was the most fun of all your videos and the editing was first rate.
My 8 year old son watched this with me and he wanted to make sure you know when he comes on the boat he would love those fruity carvings and he'd eat all the fruit, the plain pasta, the cinnamon rolls, that awesome looking sourdough and of course the bacon. This was right up his alley. If you see Matthew Sundberg on the guest list, be prepared to carve up some watermelon and boil some noodles…lol

Love your videos! Those cinnamon scrolls look delicious. I pour cream over mine (just the usual thickened cream) before baking in the oven. No joke, they turn out nice and gooey, just like a Cinnabon if you like them like that. The cream is completely soaked up by the time they finish baking, and my scrolls aren't so dry this way.
Never seen people wear shoes inside on a yacht before. It's usually strictly shoes off.
Uncle Roger is going to have to talk to you about that fried rice, I think I heard him put his leg down from here 🙂
Loving the video. My question is as a chef on these kind of crafts do you ever have any negative feelings at all when asked to prepare plain noodles and veggie fried rice or simple basic mac-n-cheese for any of your guests?
It’s not how it works, so please stop.. Otherwise, it was fun to watch the preparation that goes into a charter.

That effing galley would be an absolute disaster in 5 min if I was there!!! LOL!! Much respect and very envious of you all mad skills!!
One of the biggest social issues to have is not finding food interesting… It all looks stunning and surely tastes amazing but I’d rather go hungry
