Sick of every one telling everyone there is nothing more expensive. Let them have their dream 😀😃🙂🙃😊😇
Y'all are certainly ambitious.
Hi, More Videos !!!
6:41 wappen
I know those places well. I refitted mine a couple of times in two marinas. The worst I remember was that it was miles to the supermarket. Best of luck. Keep us posted!
Where is this boat yard at (w/ all these messed up boats)?
Wish u could by one in Canada but they get salvaged sucks
In Canada have to be sail able check by coast guard
Can I come on board LoL
OK. I am in for this ride…..can't wait to watch this adventure.
What's a 'euro'? Are they heavy? Is it metric???? Where can I buy one???
Amazing guys – just started watching your videos- huge amount of respect to you both for just going for it. Maybe do a video on life before this, would be good to know your backgrounds.
Illegitimi non carborundum
Are there any of those other boats that aren’t crap that you can buy and use as a parts boat?
The journey begins! It was a dark and stormy night, and the ship was out to sea. The captain said to his first mate, “tell me a story m’lad”, and the mate started…. It was a dark and stormy night…. OK, that’s all I got. Wishing you a wonderful adventure!
Revelation. You will rebuild a wonderful boat. He will pay you back. I have been building for several years. A lot of work. You've done a great job:)))))
你好,可以问一下那艘木船多少钱出售吗?
BOAT – Bring Out Another Thousand
What you've done is taken a giant step into the unknown, and it'll be epic!
Hi Guys… Been chatting with Stuart on FB… Keen to follow your story. 😊
have enjoyed your adventure very much wishing you all the best. I have only watched two of your videos so far. My husband is watching too. You are very brave and good that you are so young.
Super interesting
There nothing more expensive than a free yacht.
!
All broken dreams and memories of endless summer like a nursing home of lost souls old and forgotten all waiting for someone to rescue them and care for clang clang clang over here can you hear me clang clang pick me help me I can sail and take you anywhere I promise please give me a second chance don't go come back, sobbing.
Why are all these abandoned ?
Even a cheap boat is expensive. I paid 32 and had to spend another 30
Nice, choice, centre cockpit, solid looking Hull, full keel and skeg hung rudder. Inside is nicely laid out and spacious. Would be nice fitted with a junk rig.
Have you found out who designed it and who built it?
Oh God what have we done . Now I know I am not alone !
I'm so excited to see where you guys end up with this project! You saved thousands, which you can use to modify that vessel to the exact way you want it. (as long as you have the time)
She said it is nice, yes out of the water, otherwise need a lot of work to be in the water
Jeez! How many summers left for you? Not enough in mine. Good luck, boat bucks flying away 😂
A beautiful boat👍
A recommendation,
Except for one, seal off all current through holes. It´s too easy to become negligent or lazy, not inspecting all through hole fittings, when one is tired or there's a mountain of stuff that had to be moved in order for one through hole to become accessible.
The only one left is the common water intake. It´s connected to a vertical pipe which goes to above the water line. The pipe and the thing who connects it to the hull must be metal, because everything else is too fragile. It needs to be a welded construction. You would obviously has to pump the water up and into the boat. That´s inconvenient, but much safer than the sea want to get into you boat. It´s the use of metal, and that it´s that makes it very safe. Metal is equally strong in all direction – 3D space, meaning that it's isotropic.
If 2 pieces of the same metal welded, makes those 2 pieces as they had always been together. So now, those 2 pieces are equally strong in 3D space too. Fiberglass is the opposite of isotropic, i.e. only strong in one dimension (along the glass fiber).
Well done. LOTS of work ahead, but it looks like she has good bones and will be a safe and sea kindly boat when you're done. Hope you find the mast!
Got to admire you for taking the challenge of it , but I expect be quite a few euro's on top of the one euro you bought her for before you get into the water
The timber opne would have been much more interesting to restore !
Var har ni köpt båtten för 1 €, ???, help mi i want to bay a bot to ,
