Detaliul distractiv despre povestea noastră este că barca pe care am cumpărat-o se scufunda și se baza pe multe pompe de santină pentru a supraviețui, așa că a trebuit să o ridicăm pe uscat pentru a începe o reparație completă. Odată ce barca a fost ridicată (pentru prima dată în viața ei) ne-am dat seama că munca necesară a fost mult mai mult decât se aștepta. Între eliberarea sau acceptarea provocării, am decis să alegem a doua variantă. Sadly i have also a small favor to ask about the background music, when you tell us something make sure that the background music gets lowered down a lot so that what you saying MP is also understandable to me.
For me, as a hearing impaired, get a distracted from the music that way and can get what you say at those moments. I know sometimes you are already doing this but sometimes you forget about it.

When you use a roller, always make your last pass in the same direction and try to use longer strokes like is recommended with brushing. Also lifting slowly helps blend the end of the roll out. Things keeps the texture consistent.

Hey Ben. You said something about having access to the frames to clean the drain holes, a very good idea. One thing I saw on an old boat was a small diameter brass chain run from bow to stern though the frame drain holes on each side of the keel. Every once in a while or when needed the chain was pulled for and aft to clean the holes. A bungee at one end was fitted to pull the chain forward and a crew member could go to the aft end to pull it back. Not sure if this something that would work with your boat but I thought it was a good idea. Love seeing you 4 each week , mommy, daddy and babies (Caillou and Yaba).

Another supurb video again. Must have been a nervous time moving Yaba but it was done expertly and safely. The varnished mast is beautiful and perfect for it's surroundings. Such a load of hard work lifting the stones. I am impressed with what you can do with pulleys and ropes. Already looking forward to next weeks video. You must be congratulated on making such good and steady progress. Keep well and safe. James.

Is that internal ballast going to be fixated?
It´s important, because if a capsize happens all that internal ballast could move the lowermost side of the hull, i.e. starboard or port side.
If it does that, Yabá will remain capsized. That would make Yabá a wreck, forever.
Check out Alfred Montanares channel, he's the one that host a chit show in Miami boat ramps. His company he has specializes and inflatables and restorations and repairs. He's the best in the business to give you some advice on your dingy.

Before I watch, Is Yaba getting closer to the water or farther away? Someday it will be "Sailing Yaba"
That overhang on your back deck will ne a constant head banger – Maybe they cut it where you step over the stern and frame in/install a sliding hatch like a companion way hatch. – so that when at anchor and you are climbing in and out to the swim platform – no one dents their head…..
I enjoy the music variations. Not easy with YT. Any plans to paint and secure the concrete blocks? They look out of sort contrast with the painted interior.
