   Edit: There are three options in MCA when customizing your character.

   The first is Vanilla, basically makes it so you have the model and data of your chosen skin, the customized person you make is only used for genetics used for the… Process.

   The second, Player, don't use it. Just don't

   The Third, Villager, makes you match the customized model to a T. One thing to note, is the mine mine no mi transformations are messed up, cause it still views your Minecraft skin instead of your player model's skin. It also makes armors weird. Though the last one could just be cause of my Modpack.

10. Why don’t you try using Minecolonies instead of MCA?
    You can auto build some structures and I think it adds some npcs that look similar to MCA ones. But it doesn’t change your player model so can be used in its place.
    Although, I don’t think it has many of the same features like creating your own family etc.
    I haven’t really tried it for myself yet but it looks to be a decent alternative, just being more focused on the colony building aspect.

16. I suggest you add the game changer that is the distant Horizons mod it uses LODS
    To let you view supper large render distance whithout lag or stutter since the chunks get rendered in lower and lower detail the farther away it is

    This way you can see more of the ocean to add more immersion whothout a ginormous amount of lag and its using LODS that most games use to view large render distances

21. Maybe you guys should place the floaters under the boat? Like, A layer of floaters that covers the bottom. Maybe that will fix the ship sinking into the water.

    In terms of the large ships when playing I was able to find 2 large ships but that was with the biomes a plenty mod installed so it might be different with the island mod

24. you guys could play in hardcore mode and remove all the mods that makes the game easier, like mods that gives you the best armor in the game on the first 20 minutes of gameplay
