Hi the stunning plate Coral, anything more than vGue Outer Coral Reef? Or you just want to stop it getting bombarded y tourists?
Thank you for showing us this amazing reef and all the sea life, just an amazing and beautiful place to be. I dont eat shellfish ever but will eat fresh caught fish all day long. I find fish far more healthy and love to eat fresh caught fish with garlic and butter along with some quinoa and spinach.
Every creature on the reef has a purpose, sharks clean up and eat the dieing and generically inferior creatures and the shell fish clean up the floor bottom, so between them its a nice clean reef beaming with life. The talley's, trout and others are sustainable and very tasty and fun to catch. No real reason to eat anything else but fresh fish IMHO.
Have a great time on the outer banks, cant wait to see the fresh fish you catch there. Cheers!

Dudes, maktuna, bonito any bloody tuna, trick is blanch it! , boiling hot water, in a fypan for a rew seconds, thin slices, the blood disperses almost instantly then you can cook it like a trout, nice white flesh, punk your mates…..or mash it with spuds and seasoning etc… fish cakes , enjoy 😀😜🙏
