Britain conducted the atomic research there. It is sad that Australia allowed it to happen. Of course, most of the citizens were not aware until later. By 1957 about half of citizens were against it.

Ahh once again eating the bait. Montebello oysters are fantastic for night fishing as they glow in the dark and you don’t need glow sticks.
The worst thing about your videos is they each come to an end. I don’t like it when they end. ☹️

My uncle was at that test and told to face away when they let it rip .He was on the deck on a naval vessel with lots of others. But sadly he passed away from cancer at 54.
